For his efforts in last week’s RedBird Rivalry game, Ball State football junior wide receiver Justin Bowick has been named the Pridemark Construction Student-Athlete of the Week.
In just his third game with the Cardinals, Bowick had a career-high eight catches for a total of 171 receiving yards. He caught long passes of 50 and 55 yards, including a 55-yard TD down the left sideline which tied the score at 21 midway through the third quarter. It was Ball State’s longest passing score of the season.
