ADA: All games at Worthen Arena are accessible to wheelchairs and guest with disabilities. Please call the Ball State Ticket Center at 888.BSU.Ticket to make ADA accommodations. An elevator and wheelchair companion seating is also available inside the arena.

There is an accessible drop-off point available at Gate 1. There is also be accessible parking available in the White and Gold lots. Guests who have accessibility needs should enter at Lower Level Gate 1 of Worthen Arena.Â
ANIMALS: Animals are not permitted inside Worthen Arena with the exception of service animals with proper credentials.
BANNERS/FLAGS/SIGNS: Signs are permitted inside Worthen Arena, provided they are no larger than a standard piece of poster board and are in good taste.Â

BEER: Beer is available for those 21 and over at all concession stands.Â

BOTTLES/CANS/ OUTSIDE BEVERAGES: No outside food or beverages will be permitted inside Worthen Arena. This includes bottled water, cans or glass bottles
CAMERA & VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY:Â At Ball State University, we prioritize the comfort, safety, and experience of all our student-athletes, guests and staff. As the University and Department of Athletics increase use of videography and photography to capture live events, including athletics competition, please note the following guidelines for photography and videography:
- Prohibited Equipment: The use of professional-grade photography and videography equipment by non-authorized personnel is strictly prohibited at all Ball State Athletics ticketed events. This includes, but is not limited to:
- DSLR cameras
- Lenses longer than 4 inches
- Video and motion picture cameras
- Lighting equipment and camera support pods

- Authorized Personnel: Only authorized personnel are permitted to take photographs or record videos using professional-grade equipment. Authorized personnel include University staff and students with a game media credential and credentialed members of an approved media entity. Members of the media may request game credentials by contacting the Ball State Athletics communications office.
- PRE-GAME RECEPTIONS: At select games, CVC members at the Champions Circle ($1,500 annual gift) level membership for men’s games and Victory ($1,000 annual gift) level at women’s game are invited to a high-end pregame basketball reception at specified home games. Events feature a catered meal, cash bar, music, entertainment, access to coaches, athletic administration, pep rally, Charlie Cardinal, and more. - COACHES CHALK TALKS: At all home games, Cardinal Varsity Club Members at Victory ($1,000 annual gift) membership level and above for Men’s Basketball and Spirit ($500 annual gift) membership level and above for Women’s Basketball are invited to attend Pregame Chalk Talks in the Alumni Room. Popcorn, soda, water provided while engaging with a coach.
Ball State reserves the right to remove from individuals whose behavior disrupts players, coaches, officials or other fans. No refunds will be given in these cases.
Threatening or inconsiderate behavior such as profane and abusive language, use of tobacco, fighting, and drunkenness will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, arrest, and/or loss of season ticket privileges.

Standing on seats/bleachers, and throwing of any objects in the stands or onto the field, is also prohibited. Should you observe any of this disruptive behavior, please notify the nearest event staff member or law enforcement officer.

NCAA policy prevents fans from entering the field of play unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
CODE OF CONDUCT ENFORCEMENT: Students involved in prohibitive or disruptive behavior will be subject to disciplinary action through the Dean of Students Office and Ball State Student Code of Conduct. Students enjoy the rights and privileges that they gain as a member of the university community and are subject to the responsibilities which accompany that membership.
Ball State Athletics reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises if in the sole opinion of the security personnel his or her conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches, officials, or fans. Ball State Athletics thanks you for your support.
CONCESSIONS:Â Concession stands are conveniently located throughout the arena at gates 1-4.
COURTSIDE SEATS: The ability to purchase or join a waiting list for courtside seats is available by emailing the Ball State Ticket Office at bsutickets@bsu.edu or by calling (888) BSU-TICKET.
- Those with courtside seats arrive at gate 1 and will be guided to their seats by event staff.
- Beverages will be available for courtside seat holders on the floor by their seats.
- For the safety of our fans and student athletes, courtside seat holders will be asked to wait until a break in on-court play before returning to their seats.
CREDENTIALS: For the safety and well-being of our student-athletes, staff, and community members, All-Access Credentials are distributed only to authorized personnel in a working capacity with Ball State Athletics, the Board of Trustees and members of the President’s Cabinet. ELEVATORS: An elevator to ADA seating is located at gate 1 that delivers guests to the main concourse level.EVACUATION: There is an evacuation plan video that runs on the arena videoboard prior to every game.
FAMILY RESTROOM: The family restroom is located at gate 2 in the concourse on the west side of Worthen Arena.

FIRST AID/MEDICAL SERVICES: First Aid is available from on-site EMTs. If medical emergencies occur during the game, please contact the on-site security staff. Location Gates: Gates open 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Fans may enter through Gates 1&3.

- Season ticket holders are given a parking pass for the Premium Lots (Gold, White, Cardinal and Purple) based on their annual contribution to the Cardinal Varsity Club. Please contact the Cardinal Varsity Club at (765) 285-8120 or by emailing cvc@bsu.edu if you are interested in upgrading to a premium parking spot.

RESTROOMS: Restrooms can be found at the lower entrances of gate 1 and throughout the main concourse.
SMOKING POLICY: Ball State University is a Tobacco Free Campus, which includes the ban of electronic cigarettes. This policy is in effect at all Ball State Athletic facilities, including Worthen Arena. We request and appreciate your adherence and compliance with this University policy. Game Day Staff will be monitoring for those in violation and request such action be ceased. Violators are subject to ejection.
SOLICITATION: No unauthorized solicitation on Worthen Arena grounds unless approved by Ball State Sports Properties.
SPORTSMANSHIP POLICY: The Mid-American Conference and its member institutions promote good sportsmanship by their student athletes, coaches and fans. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racist or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, players, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and is cause for removal from Worthen Arena.
STUDENTS: Students can attend all Ball State Sporting events for free by showing their student IDs at the gate. Student seating at Worthen Arena is located on the east side of the arena in sections T-W.

- Children 2 and under do not need a ticket, provided they sit on another guest's lap and do not occupy another seat.
