2022 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets … jumped a season-best 5.58m and took second in the long jump at the We Fly Challenge (April 16) … jumped 5.48m and finished fourth at the Jesse Owens Classic (April 22) … jumped 5.43m and placed second while also running a season-best 12.76 in the 100-meter dash at the Jack Shaw Invite (April 30).
2022 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets … placed fifth in the long jump with a mark of 5.63m and was sixth with the 4x400-meter relay team with a time of 4:07.78 at the Hoosier Open (Dec. 10) … ran season-best time in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.81 at the Jim Green Invitational (Jan. 15) … won the long jump with a season-best jump of 5.67m at the Michigan Invitational (Jan. 22) … was also part of 4x400-meter team that placed ninth at the same meet with a time of 4:14.11.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Northwestern High School … competed for head coach Chris Rockey … was named the team MVP four times … was the top scoring female student-athlete at the conference meet … placed seventh at state in the long jump during senior year … helped guide team to sectional championships as a freshman and sophomore … was voted a team captain as a junior and senior … also was a four-year letterwinner in soccer and played basketball.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Danny and Jenny Easter … has four siblings: Grace, Hugo, Alicia and Parker … father, Danny, competed in track and field at Western Oregon University … plans to major in English and writing … chose Ball State because of the proximity to home.
