Endowed Scholarships

Scholarship costs for our student-athletes remain the largest annual expense for Ball State Athletics. Endowed Scholarships provide essential financial support while allowing you to make a lasting impact on Ball State.

You can establish an Endowed Scholarship in recognition of family, friends, or your business. The income generated from your endowed fund will support scholarships for Ball State student-athletes based on the criteria you specify. An endowment can be funded through cash, securities, or other assets via an outright or estate gift. Family and friends can also contribute to your endowment, helping it grow and increasing its long-term impact.

An initial investment of $25,000 is required to establish an endowment. The fund is permanently invested, with only the income being used for scholarships—ensuring that your support benefits Ball State student-athletes for generations to come.
