2016-17 (Sophomore): Saw limiting playing time . . . Appeared in 10 games.
2015-16 (Freshman): Played in 20 games last season . . . Scored a season high 16 points and pulled down a personal best nine rebounds against Ohio Valley (12/3/15) . . . Averaged 6.3 minutes per contest . . . Helped Ball State clinch its third bye to Cleveland in four years in the MAC Tournament and fourth-straight berth in the post season WNIT where Ball State advanced to the second round for the first time since 2012-13, pulling off a 77-72 upset at Big Ten foe Iowa.
PRIOR TO BSU: Played for Club Baloncesto Torrelodones, a top club in Madrid. She was a member of both junior and senior level clubs in Madrid. Fernandez earned Most Valuable Player honors and participated in the All Star Game, Fernandez was one of eight girls that attended the 2014 Five Star Boys Basketball Camp located in New York. In 2014, Fernandez also attended Keystone State Camp where she earned Most Valuable Player.
