Women’s Tennis Plays at Eastern Michigan Friday; Hosts Northern Illinois on Sunday

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State women's tennis team looks to remain undefeated in Mid-American Conference action when it travels to Eastern Michigan on Friday for a 1 pm ET first serve at The Chippewa Club.
The Cardinals will then return home for a Sunday MAC match-up against Northern Illinois at 1 pm ET at the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center, weather permitting.
Ball State is off to another record-breaking spring owning a 12-2 overall record and a 3-0 conference ledger. Eastern Michigan enters this weekend's action with a 11-11 overall mark and a 1-2 MAC record while Northern Illinois sits at 13-8 on the year and 0-3 in the MAC.
The Cardinals are currently riding an eight-match win streak and are coming off league wins last weekend against Buffalo (4-3) and Toledo (6-1).
Mariya Polishchuk leads the Cardinals in dual action with a 12-0 mark. She is 4-0 at No. 2 singles position and 8-0 at the No. 3 slot.
After this weekend, Ball State will play at Bowling Green on April 8 before hosting Miami on Sunday April. 10.
