Cross Country Stays In-State For First Run Of The Season

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State cross country team will not have to venture to far for its first meet of the 2021 season, as the Cardinals will travel just over 50 miles south on interstate 69 to run in the Butler Cross Country Twilight at Northview Church on Friday, Sept. 3 in Carmel, Ind.

Under the direction of first-year head coach Adrian Wheatley and graduate assistant Holly Hankenson, the Cardinals are set to begin their 5k race at 6:45 p.m. ET.

Other than Ball State and host school Butler other universities competing are DePaul, Cincinnati, IUPUI, Xavier and UIndy.
