Wiseman to Represent Cardinals at Hawkeye Invite

Sophomore Joey Wiseman will represent the Ball State men's golf team this weekend at Iowa's Hawkeye Invitational.

COVID-19 protocols will keep the Cardinals from fielding a full team in the event, but Wiseman will compete as an individual.

The action begins Saturday with 36 holes at Finkbine Golf Course in Iowa City.

Wiseman will compete alongside golfers from Creighton, DePaul, Drake, Grand Canyon, Iowa, Kansas, Marquette, Miami (Ohio), Northern Illinois, South Dakota State, Toledo and Wisconsin.

Wiseman finished second among Ball State players last week at Purdue's Boilermaker Invitational. He will tee off Saturday at 8:30 a.m. CT (9:30 ET).
