Set Two (BSU 25, SFU 18)- It was Saint Francis that jumped out to an early lead in set two, but the Cardinals quickly recovered with runs of 4-1 and 4-0. It was much of the same the remainder of the set as the Cardinals slowly built their lead and used a Reardon kill to put away the game.
Set Three (BSU 25, SFU 20)- Ball State's momentum carried into the final set as the Cardinals quickly went up 7-3. A 5-1 stretch for BSU put the match out of reach and the Cardinals claimed victory without much resistance from the Red Flash.
