Time For Tip-off
 - Wednesday's game against Northen Illinois will mark the 57th time the teams have met, with the Cardinals leading the all-time series record, 36-20.
- Ball State has won 30 of its last 39 meetings dating back to 2001-02.
- The Cardinals had won three straight over the Huskies before NIU won the first series meeting in Muncie this year by a score of 93-83. Ball State swept the series against Northern Illinois last season winning at home, 81-72, and in DeKalb, 72-50.
- Ball State is looking for its first win since beating Kent State on Jan. 23 in Worthen Arena, 48-44.
- Northern Illinois is coming off of a 64-53 loss at Toledo Saturday. Since the Ball State game on Feb. 9 the Huskies have knocked off Toledo, WMU and EMU with losses to Miami, CMU and also Toledo.
