
Cardinals Play Three MIVA Matches in Three States This Week

MUNCIE, Ind. – After upsetting No. 7 Lewis for its biggest win of the year, the No. 13 Ball State men's volleyball team will end its season with five-consecutive road matches. This week, the Cardinals travel to No. 15 Purdue Fort Wayne on Tuesday, then Lindenwood and Quincy Friday and Saturday.

Before losing to both Lewis and Loyola last week, Purdue Fort Wayne was on a five-match winning streak. The 'Dons will look to get back on track behind their leader, Pelegrin Vargas, who has 296 kills this season.

The Cardinals and Mastodons have met 107 times with Ball State winning 77 of those contests for a series lead of 77-30. Purdue Fort Wayne swept Ball State in the last meeting in Muncie on Feb. 21.
