Swimming & Diving Opens Season at Indiana Intercollegiate

MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State University swimming and diving team will begin its regular season on Saturday (Oct. 13) when it travels to compete at the Indiana Intercollegiate Meet hosted by Purdue University.
The teams will begin warming up at 10 a.m. with competition opening at noon. Live results will be available via Meet Mobile.
Last year's BSU women's team saw great success at this competition as it brought home a team victory. The Cardinals started the day by winning the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:46.47.
Rachel Bertram had a great day of diving as she completed first-place finishes in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives. Peighton Gilbert also won the 50 freestyle and Kayla Molnar claimed victory in the 500 freestyle.
