Hannah Bohn Leads Field Hockey in Win Over Missouri State

MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State field hockey team moved to 7-9 after a 1-0 victory over Missouri State Friday afternoon.
The Cardinals (7-9, 2-2 MAC) outshot the Bears (2-10, 1-4 MAC) 13 to five on the day. Out of those 13 shots by Ball State, five of those were shots on goal.
Redshirt freshman Hannah Bohn was the only Cardinal to connect with the back of the cage in the 26th minute from the left of the circle.
Senior forward Lexi Kavanaugh had a team high three shots. Hannah Bohn, Mikayla Mooney and Darbi Gullett each had two shots in the contest.
Senior goalkeeper Jordan Dues had two saves, moving her to 78 saves for the season.
The Cardinals will play in their final regular season home game on Sunday, Oct. 23 at 3 p.m. at the Briner Sports Complex. The seniors will be honored prior to the game.
