For her role in helping the Ball State women’s basketball team remain undefeated in MAC Play, senior guard Ally Becki has been named the Pridemark Construction Student-Athlete of the Week.
Becki helped guide the Cardinals to wins over Toledo and at Northern Illinois last week by averaging 23 points, 7 assists and 5.5 rebounds per game. She shot 67 percent from the field while averaging 34 minutes per game.
She started the week with 26 points and nine assists in Monday’s win over Toledo, with 18 of her points coming in the second half. In Saturday’s win at NIU, she led all scorers with 20 points, making some key baskets to helped the Cardinals rally for the road win.
