Jenelle Rogers Dons Red, White & Blue As Part Of Team USA Heptathlon Dual In Germany

MUNCIE, Ind. -- Ball State track All-American Jenelle Rogers participates this weekend in Wetzlar, Germany, as part of the 29th Thorpe Cup dual meet between the United States and Germany. USA men battle head-to-head with German competitors in the decathlon, and USA women battle Germany through the seven events of the heptathlon.
Rogers, who finished fourth in the NCAA heptathlon last month, and fifth in 2023, engages in her first competition with Team USA, after a narrow miss in qualifications for the U.S. Olympic Team which competes in Paris next month.
The two-day dual meet in Germany takes place this Saturday and Sunday.
