
Cardinals Head to Indianapolis for the Jaguar Invitational

MUNCIE, Ind. -- Indoor track continues as the Cardinals prepare to head down to Indianapolis Friday morning for the IUPUI Jaguar Invitational. The two-day meet is set to take place in the Fall Creek Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Event Center. Â
The Cardinals' most recent meet saw many celebratory moments, specifically after Jenna Oriani broke the 300m program record (39.48) and walked away with a first-place finish. Jenelle Rogers also had a successful day, recording two wins in the 60m hurdles (8.52) and the shot put (14.22m). Â
The Jaguar Invitational will be an opportunity to capitalize on the Cardinals' recent success. Events will begin Friday morning with the pentathlon 60m hurdles at 10 a.m. ET. Saturday morning will open with the triple jump at 11 a.m. ET.Â
Looking ahead, track and field will head to Notre Dame on February 2-3 for the Meyo Invitational.Â
