
T&F Travels to Murray State for Margaret Simmons Invite

MURRAY, Ky. – The Ball State Track and field team travels to Murray State University to compete at the Marshall Gage track in the Margaret Simmons Invitational on Saturday, March 25.
The Cardinals opened their outdoor season at last weekend's Blizzard Buster meet in Oxford, Ohio. The Cardinals collected three event wins on the weekend in the 200m (Emma Potter), the 100m (Alana Springer), and the 4x100m relay (Moriah Johnson, Alana Springer, Lindley Steele, Jenna Oriani), and will look to add to that total as they head into their second outdoor meet of the season.
The Cardinals are slated to compete in 15 different events on Saturday. The Margaret Simmons Invite begins with the long jump on Saturday, March 25 at noon. Live results for the meet can be found here.
