Cardinals announce 2022 schedule

Ball State to host meet Oct. 14 as part of four-race regular season schedule
MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State cross country team has announced its schedule for the upcoming 2022 season. The Cardinals are set to compete in four meets during the regular season, including hosting a race on Oct. 14.
The season begins Sept. 2 when Ball State heads to Wisconsin for a 4k race at the Vic Godfrey Open, hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
The Cardinals then trek to Michigan State for the Spartan Invite – a 5k run – on Sept. 16.
Following a short trip to the south for a 5k run at the Live in Lou Classic, hosted by Louisville on Oct. 1, Ball State returns to Muncie to wrap up the regular season.
The We Fly Cardinal Classic is slated for Oct. 14 at the International Aeromodeling Center on the outskirts of Muncie.
Ball State then heads to Athens, Ohio for the Mid-American Conference Championships, Oct. 29.
The NCAA Regional Championships return to Terre Haute, Ind. on Nov. 11, while the NCAA Cross Country Championships are slated to take place in Stillwater, Okla., Nov. 19.
