Men's Tennis Hosts Toledo Saturday In MACtion

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State men's tennis team returns home for another Mid-American Conference matchup against Toledo on Saturday at 2 pm ET at the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center, weather permitting. If inclement weather does occur the match will be played indoors at the Northwest YMCA.

The Cardinals enter Saturday's contest with an 8-7 overall record and are 3-2 in MAC action while the Rockets come to Muncie with an 11-6 ledger and are 4-1 in league play.

This is the second meeting between Ball State and Toledo this season. The Cardinals fell in that match to the Rockets by a score of 7-0 on March 19 at the Shadow Valley Tennis Club.

Ball State went 2-0 last weekend in MAC action posting a 7-0 sweep over Binghamton and earned a 5-2 victory versus Buffalo. Toledo has won three in row and has suffered one loss which came against Western Michigan.

After this weekend, the Cardinals will host Western Michigan on Friday, April 8, at 2 pm ET.
