
Parrott, Kim Tied for 11th, Cardinals Moved Up to Ninth Place

MUNCIE, Ind – The Ball State women's golf team returned to the White Fang Golf Course at the Rio Verde Country Club on Saturday. Liz Kim and Kiah Parrott are tied for 11th overall after two rounds of the Rio Verde Invitational, as the Cardinals are in ninth.
Parrott rocketed up the leaderboard after a second-round score of 72 (E). She added four birdies and now has five for the tournament. She started the day tied for 36th and is currently tied for 11th, a leap of 25 spots. Her two-round total is 149 (+5).
Kim produced another solid round, as she posted a mark of 74 (+2). She moved up seven spots from 18th, into a tie for 11th. She has a two-day score of 149 (+5). She picked up two more birdies today and has a total of five for the two days. Kim recorded the tournament's only eagle so far, as she holed out from 51 yards on the par-5 12th.

Morgan Lewis is currently tied for 54th after two rounds. Dylann Armstrong is tied for 58th, while Hadley Moritz is tied for 76th.
The par-72, 6,001-yard course continued to be difficult as no team in the 18-team field is under par after two rounds.
