Ball State Slated for Three CBS Sports Network Games

CLEVELAND – The Mid-American Conference announced the pre-selections for ESPN2, ESPNU and CBS Sports Network for the 2023 season on Thursday. The Ball State men's basketball team will play at least three contests on CBS Sports Network (CBSSN).
The Tuesday, Jan. 3, road game against Toledo has been picked up by CBS Sports Network and is scheduled for a 7 p.m. start.
The game that was originally scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 7, at 2 p.m. has been moved to Friday, Jan. 6. The Cardinals and the Akron Zips are now scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. start on CBSSN.
The final pre-selected game will be the road contest with Kent State that was originally scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 21. Ball State and Kent State will now battle on Friday, Jan. 20, at 6:30 p.m. on CBSSN.
There is still a possibility that the Saturday games in February and March could move to nationally televised contests on either ESPNU or CBSSN. The MAC will announce any changes 21 days prior to the contest being rescheduled.
