Cards Sweep Doubleheader At Bowling Green
May 01, 2021 | Baseball
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - After a run-rule win Friday at Bowling Green, BSU swept a pair to clinch a series win on Saturday. Ross Messina and Chase Sebby each homered and had three hits for the day while Nick Powell had two extra-base hits and walked twice. The strong offense was more than enought for MAC-leading Ball State (28-11, 19-4), which got two quality starts on the mound.Â
Â
Our boys earned two excellent wins. Two strong pitching performances by Chayce McDermott and Luke Jaksich led our team. Several hitters had productive days. Go Cardinals!
