The Ball State men's golf team begins a busy stretch of action this week with the Craft Farms Intercollegiate in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

The event begins Sunday and features three rounds over three days on the Cotton Creek course at Craft Farms Golf Club.

The Cardinals are one of 13 teams in the field. Fellow MAC program Eastern Michigan is co-host for the tournament along with South Alabama. Cincinnati, Eastern Kentucky, Illinois State, Lamar, Lipscomb, Louisiana, Texas State, Western Kentucky, Seton Hall and Southern Illinois are also competing.

Ball State's lineup this week features Joey Ranieri, Tyler Green, Jack Cunningham, CJ Jones and Sterling McIlravy.

The Cardinals are competing in their second stroke play event of the season and first since three weeks ago at Trinity Forest in Dallas.

Starting with the Craft Farms, Ball State will play four straight weeks, with visits to the Hoosier, Boilermaker and Hawkeye invitationals following in the lead up to the MAC Championships at the end of April.
