Men’s Golf Second Round Suspended Due To Weather At Purdue Invite

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Ball State men's golf team made it through only one round of golf today at the Purdue Invite after play was suspended in the second round of the competition due to inclement weather.
The Cardinals along with the other 11 teams in the field will resume play Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Kampen Golf Course. The goal is to finish round two and then immediately have continuous play for the final round.
So far after today's competition, senior Joey Ranieri leads the Cardinals charge after shooting a 72 and is currently tied for fifth. When play was suspended this afternoon due to inclement weather Ranieri made a couple of birdies and is currently two under through the second round.
