Ball State Faces Unconventional Hoops Schedule

Games and dates subject to change
The schedule remains subject to change, but the Ball State men's basketball team is preparing to face a 25-game schedule that includes 12 home games and a road battle at Michigan.

No public tickets will be sold this year to men's or women's basketball games.
The Cardinals will play five non-conference games, beginning Wednesday, Nov. 25 at Northern Kentucky, which went 23-9 last season. The Cards play at Michigan a week later then will host UIC for the home opener Saturday, Dec. 5. Non-conference play concludes with a home game against Illinois State (Dec. 11) and a game at Indiana State (Dec, 19).Â
The Mid-American Conference schools decided to play a 20-game conference schedule, an increase from 18 conference games. League play is scheduled to begin Tuesday, Dec. 29 at Northern Illinois before Ohio visits Worthen Arena Saturday, Jan. 2. The Cards have home-and-away matchups with every conference opponent except for Miami and Kent State. The home finale is scheduled for Tuesday, March 2 vs. Eastern Michigan and the regular season wraps Friday, March 5 at Toledo.
