Junior righty combined with Jaksich to throw no-hitter vs. Ohio
Ball State's no-hitter against Ohio on Saturday, May 11 is gaining attention and awards across the baseball world.
John Baker pitched 7.0 no-hit innings and handed the ball to Lukas Jaksich for the final 2.0 innings for BSU's first 9-inning no-hitter ever. Baker's performance has earned him a MAC Pitcher of the Week honor and a mention as a national player of the week by Collegiate Baseball News.Â
