Ball State Alumnus Alex Call and Dodgers Win World Series

Ball State baseball alumnus Alex Call will get a World Series ring as his Dodgers clinched the Fall Classic with a 5-4 win in 11 innings over the Blue Jays on Saturday night.
Call had a hit in the Game 3 win for Los Angeles and drew a walk in Game 5 as he had multiple at bats in each of the three home games for the Dodgers in the series. The outfielder joins Merv Rettenmund and Larry Bigbie as former Ball State players to get World Series rings.
