MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State Cardinals will look to earn their third MAC win in four games this weekend when Eastern Michigan visits Scheumann Stadium. Game time on Saturday, Oct. 20 is set for 3 p.m.

Three Things to Know:
1. Ball State has converted 60 third downs this season, which is more than any other team in the nation. Boise State and Army rank second in that category with 54 third down conversions. The Cardinals have converted at least 10 third downs in three straight games.
2. Junior QB Riley Neal has thrown six touchdowns to just one interception the last five games. One week ago, Neal became the third Cardinal to reach 7,000 career passing yards. He currently has 7,160 passing yards.
3. Ball State is 53-36-2 in Homecoming games. The Cardinals have lost four straight Homecoming games. This is the first time the Cardinals have hosted Eastern Michigan for Homecoming weekend since 2004.
By the Numbers:
4 – Sophomore OLB Christian Albright is tied for the national lead in forced fumbles (4) with Florida's Jachai Polite. Albright had a forced fumble and sack in last week's game at Central Michigan.
17 – The Cardinals scored 17 fourth quarter points last week, the most in that quarter since scoring 17 at Indiana on Sept. 10, 2016.
23.9 – Ball State's defense ranks third in the MAC in scoring defense at 23.9 ppg. Last year, the Cardinals gave up 40.7 ppg.
