Women’s Swim and Dive Set to Compete at Indiana Intercollegiate Meet

MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State women's swimming and diving team is kicking off the 2017-18 regular season on Saturday, Oct. 21. The Cardinals will travel to West Lafayette, Ind. to compete in the Indiana Intercollegiate Meet.
This year's Cardinal squad welcomes back a plethora of upperclassmen, including team captains Amanda Kedzierski and Traci Muszalski and MAC third place finisher Rachel Bertram. Ball State is also boasting an exciting freshman class of four new additions.
Last year, the Cardinals placed second out of eight teams in the Indiana Intercollegiate Meet. Ball State earned second place in the 200 medley relay in the first event of the day. Bertram earned second place in the 1m dive and third in the 3m dive. Sophie Bader, Anne Vormohr, and Liz Madison also had top finishes in last year's meet.
The 2017 Indiana Intercollegiate Meet will kick off at noon on Saturday.
