Women’s Swimming and Diving Travel To Take On Illinois State

MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State women's swimming and diving team will travel to Normal, Illinois, to take on Illinois State Friday, Nov. 11. The meet is set to begin at 6 p.m.
The following are Cardinals swimmers currently ranked in the top 16 in the Mid-American Conference:

The following are Cardinals swimmers currently ranked in the top 16 in the Mid-American Conference:
- Senior Jessica Extine is 15th in the 50 freestyle with a time of 24.12.
- Freshman Anne Vormohr is 14th in the 100 backstroke with a time of 57.70. She is also 13th in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:06.24.
- Junior Amanda Kedzierski is second in the 100 breaststroke with a lifetime best of 1:03.43. Kedzierski is also 12th in the 200 breaststroke at 2:22.23.
- Senior Katie Horn is 10th in the 200 butterfly at 2:06.62.
- Freshman Sophie Bader is tied for ninth in the 100 butterfly at 56.87 and seventh in the 200 butterfly at 2:05.25
- Senior Kimberly Scott is currently 12th in the 400 IM with a time of 4:38.39.
- Senior Jessica Extine leads the team in the 50 freestyle (24.12) and in the 100 freestyle (53.36).
- Junior Amanda Kedzierski is first within the team in the 200 freestyle (1:56.48), 100 breaststroke (1:03.43) and 200 breaststroke (2:22.23).
- Sophomore Liz Madison's time of 5:13.78 puts her first on the team in the 500 freestyle.
- Freshman Cassidy Blackwin leads the team in the 1000 freestyle at 10:40.08.
- Freshman Anne Vormohr has the best time of the team so far this season in the 100 backstroke (57.70) and in the 200 backstroke (2:06.24).
- Freshman Sophie Bader leads the team in the 100 butterfly at 56.87 and in the 200 butterfly at 2:05.25.
- Senior Kimberly Scott leads the team in two events, the 200 IM (2:10.68) and the 400 IM (4:38.39).
