MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State Athletics Department, in conjunction with Learfield and SIDEARM Sports – a leader in collegiate athletics web solutions – launched a re-design of BallStateSports.com Monday.
The new BallStateSports.com features a responsive layout and design that scales to fit the user device on desktop, tablet and mobile. The new site provides fans of Ball State Athletics a more dynamic and attractive presence on the web, and also includes a simplified navigation structure.
"The newly redesigned website will provide easier access to all of the great news regarding our student-athletes," Ball State Athletics Director Mark Sandy said. "I know our fans will enjoy the stories, statistics and web streamed events that are available at no cost."
Enhanced photo presentation on the homepage and sport specific pages showcase high-quality action photos of Ball State coaches and student-athletes. Feature videos have a more prominent presence throughout the website. Live stats and live video also have updated layouts. The homepage also includes a media wall that allows visitors to filter between news stories, social media posts and photo galleries.
"We are excited to welcome Ball State to the SIDEARM Sports family," said Jeff Rubin, CEO of SIDEARM Sports. "We are confident that their fans, alumni and all affiliated with the Cardinals will enjoy this new digital experience and all that it has to offer."
