This week, Joel Godett caught up with former men's basketball player Paris McCurdy. McCurdy played on MAC championship teams in 1988-89 and 1989-90, helping the Cardinals to a pair of NCAA tournament appearances and a spot in the 1990 Sweet 16.
This year's Cardinals open the season Friday at Bradley with a 7 p.m. CT (8 p.m. ET) tipoff. The Cardinals will play their home opener Monday at 7 p.m. against Eastern Illinois.
