Field Hockey Cards Grow at USA High Performance

Every summer the best of the best in american field hockey gather at one of seven regional sites for the USA High Performance Training program. Collegiate, post-collegiate and even national team talent train together to improve their skills and, hopefully, be selected to the national team.
This past summer three Cardinals took part in High Performance Training while several others practiced at the sites. Assistant coach Christy Longacre took part in the sessions too. Ball State All-Access caught up with Tori Widrick, Bethany Han and Cam Daniels to talk about their experiences and how they've translated onto the field in Muncie.
