Swimming & Diving Hosts Red & White Meet Friday

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State University men's and women's swimming and diving team will host its annual Red & White meet on Friday, Sept. 28. The meet will begin at 7 p.m. at Lewellen Aquatic Center.
Co-Head Coaches Laura Seibold-Caudill and Bob Thomas begin their 29th year at the helm of the Cardinals. The Cardinals begin competition at the Notre Dame Relays on Friday, Oct. 5. BSU will open dual action at home on Friday, Oct. 12 as it hosts Eastern Illinois beginning at 5 p.m. One of the scheduling highlights this season will be a home meet versus Big Ten foe Michigan State (Dec. 8).
The Michigan State meet will be the first BSU meet ever broadcast on WCRD. WCRD will also host “Off the Deep End with Laura & Bob” which begins airing on Thursday, October 11th from 6-7 p.m. The show will originate LIVE from the WCRD Studios in the brand-new, state-of-th-art David Letterman Communication & Media Building. The show will consist of performance breakdown by the staff, as well as coaches and athletes perspectives on the meets.
