Rose Lehe named to the Academic All-MAC Team

This year Rose Lehe helped lead the Cardinals in the MAC Championship where they placed fifth. Lehe placed 16th in a race where weather conditions slowed down the times of all runners. Lehe was slowed by injuries and missed the first meet of the season, but came back to have 3 top 20 finishes. Her best time came at the Falcon Invitational where she placed 18th with a time of 18:44.
In the classroom Lehe holds a 3.92 grade point average, highest on the team. She is a senior majoring in dietetics. This is the second consecutive year that Lehe has been named to the Academic All-MAC team.
Central Michigan led the Academic All-MAC Team with the most student-athletes honored with five. Leading the Chippewas was senior Ashley Anderson. Bowling Green had three student athletes honored. Jamie Roflow has earned Academic All-MAC honors for two consecutive years while running at Bowling Green.
The Ball State Cross Country team returns to action on November 11th for the Great Lakes Regional, held in Bowling Green, Ohio.
