2016-17: Earned fourth letter at Ball State… Academic All-MAC… finished the season 13th in the MAC and first on the Cardinal squad in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:03.70… other season bests were 200 IM (2:10.58), 100 butterfly (56.47) and 400 IM (4:48.55)
2015-16: Earned third letter at Ball State ... named Academic All-MAC ... marked the second best time on the Ball State squad in the 200 butterfly event with a 2:02.62 final at the 2016 Mid-American Conference Championships, ultimately earning 14th place overall ... also posted season bests in the 100 fly (57.20) and 200 IM (2:11.64) events at MAC Championships ... earned a season best time of 4:52.86 in the 400 IM in the 12th annual Doug Coers Invitational as well.
2014-15: Earned her second letter at Ball State … posted a team-best time in the 200 fly (2:03.70) and in the 400 medley relay (3:51.05), while holding the second best time on the team in the 100 fly (57.97) … other season bests include the 100 free (57.04), 100 back (1:07.46), 200 IM (2:09.30), and the 400 IM (4:49.76) … earned a fifth place finish in the 200 medley relay (1:48.57) in the season opener at the Indiana Intercollegiate … was the top finisher for the Cardinals in both the 100 fly (58.52) and 200 fly (2:08.84), earning second in both events against Bowling Green … registered a first place finish in the 200 medley relay (1:51.91) in the victory over Eastern Illinois … earned an event win in the 200 fly (2:09.81) over IUPUI and Xavier … tallied a first place finish in the 400 medley relay (3:56.47) against Milwaukee … earned first place finishes in both the 200 fly (2:08.20) and 100 fly (58.65) in the final home meet of the season against Milwaukee … in conference action with Toledo, Horn captured an individual event win in the 200 fly (2:05.60), as well as two third place finishes in the 200 medley relay (1:50.42) and the 100 fly (58.44) … at the 2015 MAC Championships, Horn finished 14th overall in the 200 fly (2:04.90).
2013-14: Earned her first letter at Ball State ... turned in two lifetime bests at the MAC Championships with a 56.88 in the 100 fly and a 2:11.44 in the 200 IM ... clocked the fastest 200 fly on the team after a 2:06.60 at the Miami Invitational ... aso at the Miami Invitational she clocked a 4:42.83 400 IM ... turned in a 25.69 50 free against Eastern Illinois.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Noblesville High School for head coach Richard Wolfred ... finished eighth at the state championships in the 200 fly her senoir year ... member of the 200 medley relay that earned All-America and All-Conference honors ... career best times: 100 fly (58.30), 200 fly (2:08.00), 200 IM (2:13.00).
PERSONAL: Daughter of Stanley and Nancy Horn ... has one sister ... born June 30, 1994 ... intends to major in nursing.
