Lindsay Martin, a former four-year member of the Ball State women’s soccer team, is in her first season as the graduate assistant coach for the men’s and women’s golf programs. Martin will handle many of the administrative duties for the golf teams, including assisting with home tournaments and the 2009 Mid-American Conference Men’s Golf Championships hosted by the Ball State men’s team at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course in May. As a senior, Martin was a soccer team tri-captain and helped the Cardinals to a second straight MAC Championship. She started all 40 games in her final two seasons, and graduated with a 3.44 grade-point average on Ball State’s 4.0 scale as an exercise science major. Martin is working toward a master’s degree in dietetics.
