HIGH SCHOOL: Earned two letters in softball at Cathedral High School for coach Tony Matthews … helped guide the Fighting Irish to a regional championship as a senior after batting .494 with eight home runs, nine doubles and a triple … also drove in 36 RBI and scored 13 runs … helped team advance to the semi-state semifinals as a senior … hit .345 as a junior for the Fighting Irish, helping guide the team to a 17-13 overall record and a berth in the Indiana High School Athletics Association (IHSAA) Class 4A Section 10 Championship Game … prior to attending Cathedral, Hogg was a two-year letterwinner at North Central High School where she was a first team all-conference selection as a freshman and academic all-conference honoree as a sophomore … Hogg hit .531 as a freshman and .587 as a sophomore at North Central, and hit three home runs as a freshman and two as a sophomore … in addition to her high school career, Hogg played on the Indy Dreams-Bell 18U team.
