BALL STATE CAREER NOTES ENTERING 2024 SEASON
• Made 31 career appearances in the circle over 106 possible games, earning 12 starts
• 2023 CSC Academic All-District Softball Team
• 2022 & 2023 Academic All-MAC
2023 (R-So.): Earned second letter at Ball State … College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honoree … Academic All-MAC … made 13 appearances in the circle, earning seven starts … finished the season with a 4.16 ERA, a 2-3 record, and one save over 35.1 innings of work … picked up her first win of the season in her third start of the year, limiting Toledo to three hits and no runs, while striking out one batter in a 6-1 victory in the nightcap of an April 8 doubleheader … picked up the save in BSU’s 4-1 win in the series opener versus Buffalo (April 15), holding the Bulls to two hits and no runs while striking out a season-high three batters over 2.1 innings … followed by pitching 4.0 solid innings of relief to claim the win in the nightcap of the April 22 doubleheader versus Bowling Green, allowing just three hits and one run … recorded at least one strikeout in 12 of her 13 appearances.
2022 (R-Fr.): Earned first letter at Ball State … Academic All-MAC ... made 18 appearances in the circle, earning five starts … finished the season with a 5.45 ERA, a 3-6 record, and one save over 43.2 innings of work … struck out 26 batters, including four strikeouts in the opening games of doubleheaders versus Ohio (April 10) and at Buffalo (April 23) … made her collegiate debut versus Robert Morris (Feb. 18), allowing just two hits and one unearned run over 2.2 innings of work while striking out three batters … earned her first career victory in relief at Winthrop (Feb. 20), allowing just two hits over 2.0 innings of work … credited with her first career save in Ball State’s win at No. 18 Missouri, retiring five of the seven batters she faced over 1.2 innings of work in the 4-3 win … earned her first victory as a starter in the opening game versus Kent State (April 1), striking out three batters over 5.0 innings in the 8-5 win … followed with the relief win in the series finale versus Kent State (April 2), retiring all eight batters she faced over the final 2.2 innings of the 11-3 (5) win … registered at least one strikeout in 11 of her 18 appearances, with three-or-more six times … held opponents scoreless in five outings and hitless in three.
2021 (Fr): Redshirted at Ball State.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Heritage Hills High School where she earned four varsity letters under the tutelage of Coach Joe Asbury … received All-Conference Honors as a junior and Honorable Mention as a sophomore … made 25 appearances with 25 starts, a 4.27 ERA, and 77 Ks as a freshman … her sophomore season she made 29 appearances with 29 starts, a 3.98 ERA, 85 Ks in 125 IP … as a junior she made 21 appearances with 21 starts, a 2.21 ERA, 120 Ks in 136 IP ... helped lead the team to Sectional Champions and Regional Champions … the team also made a 3A Semi-State appearance her junior season … over her high school career, she had 282 strikeouts, played in 85 games and started 75 games as pitcher ... also started every Heritage Hills sectional and regional game as pitcher over her career … graduated in the top 10% of her class and made honor roll all four years.
CLUB: Eubank played for the Indiana Shockwaves for two years under coach Kayla Pirillo.
WHY BALL STATE: I chose Ball State because of the opportunities the university offers me academically and athletically. There are so many opportunities to get involved and meet new people!
PERSONAL: Daughter of Heather and Jeff Eubank … one brother (Kyle) … currently studying Cellular and Molecular Biology and hopes to work in cancer research after college.
