HIGH SCHOOL: Helped guide Rockport Township to a conference and regional champion her junior year … started 30 games as a junior, posting a .359 batting average with 35 RBIs and five home runs … the Porters went 25-5 her junior season … aside from her achievements on the field, she worked hard in the classroom to earn Honor Roll all four years.
CLUB: Ligacki has played two years with the Chicago Batbusters.
WHY BALL STATE: I chose Ball State because it has a beautiful campus and very strong biology program which is what I want to study. It is also a good distance from home, not too far and not too close!
PERSONAL: Daughter of Juli and Bill Ligacki … one brother (Ben) … currently studying biology.
