Xander Pink is the son of John Pink and Virgie Leong-Pink. Xander has one sibling, brother Zane. He is majoring in Business Administration.
Started playing volleyball: At age 7
Favorite Volleyball memory: My favorite volleyball memory is winning nationals in my last year of club and the state championship in high school, then coming into my first year of college and winning our conference title and making it to the semi-finals of the NCAA tournament
Favorite trip you’ve been on/what is one place you dream of visiting: My favorite trip I’ve been on was to my best friend’s house in Marco Island, Florida over Fall break. One trip I dream of going on is to Australia
Favorite food: Pasta
Dream job: Coaching a college volleyball team
Plans after college: I plan to go into coaching and working my way up to collegiate coaching
What sport would you be playing if you were not playing volleyball: Baseball
2025: Played in 23-of-30 matches ... averaged 0.36 digs per set, totaling 21.
2024: Played in 24-of-31 matches.
2023: Played 88 sets for the Cardinals…had two service aces…recorded 47 digs…majoring in business administration.
2022: Played in 48 sets for the Cardinals … had one service ace … recorded seven digs … made first collegiate appearance against Maryville (1/13/22) … helped the Cardinals win the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA) regular season and tournament titles along with an automatic bye to the 2022 NCAA semifinal round.
High School: Started playing volleyball at age 7…led high school team to four State Championships…captured a national championship in the 18’s Open Division in 2021.
