Griffin is the son of John and Jennifer Satterfield. Griffin has one sibling, sister Greta Cox. He is majoring in Exercise Science.

Favorite Volleyball memory: Winning 3rd at USAV Nationals 18’s year
Favorite trip you’ve been on/what is one place you dream of visiting: Disney Cruise through Bahamas and Jamaica. Would love to visit Europe

What sport would you be playing if you were not playing volleyball: Basketball
2025: Started three-of-eight matches played … topped his career-high assists in a single game with 42 in the Cardinals’ win versus Ohio State (Feb. 27), accompanying his performance with single-game highs in blocks, aces and kills with three … averaged 8.10 assists per set … finished the season with a career-high 0.43 aces per set … averaged 1.05 digs per set.
2024: Started in 5-of-7 matches played ... averaged 9.85 assists per set, hitting a career-high of 41 assists in a single game against Stanford (Jan. 20) ... averaged .25 aces per set ... finished with 1.15 digs per set.
2023: Played four sets for the Cardinals…made first collegiate appearance against Queens (NC) (1/27/23)…had one service ace…recorded three kills and five digs…started playing volleyball at age 9…won the bronze medal during his senior year at USAV Nationals…majoring in exercise science.
High School/Club: During club, Griffin won the bronze medal during his senior year at USAV National’s. Off the court, Griffin earned his Eagle Scout.
