Braydon Savitski-Lynde is the son of Matthew Lynde and Chelsea Picchioni. Braydon has one sibling, brother Lucas. He is majoring in Actuarial Science.
Started playing volleyball: Sophomore year
Favorite Volleyball memory: Making it to super sectionals, the most successful season that anyone in my high school’s conference has ever had
Favorite trip you’ve been on/what is one place you dream of visiting: Favorite trip was going to Hungary for a wedding. I’ve always wanted to visit Paris

Plans after college: Play professional volleyball and then work as an actuary
What sport would you be playing if you were not playing volleyball: Basketball
2025: Started 27-of-28 matches played … tallied 147 total kills as he averaged 1.42 per set, along with a .427 hitting clip … credited with a season-high 11 kills at Queens (NC) (March 20), while also earning a season-high three aces … finished the season with an average of 2.03 points per set … led the Cardinals with 88 total blocks, including 78 blocks assists and 10 blocks solo … managed a career-high seven total blocks against Lewis (Feb. 14).
2024: Started in 20-of-23 matches played ... tallied a total of 154 kills, averaging 2.30 kills per set and hitting at a .204 clip ... averaged .22 aces per set and hit a career high of four aces against Tusculum (Jan. 13) ... recorded 30 block assists and 4 block solos, averaging .51 blocks per set ... hit a career high of 5 block assists against Loyola University Chicago (Mar. 17) and 2 block solos against Wabash (Jan. 2) ... tallied 188 total points, averaging 2.81 points per set ... named to the U21 National Team.
High School/Club: Prior to Ball State, Braydon was a two-time NIC-10 conference MVP during his time at Honnonegah Community High School, earning first team all-state senior year. Additionally, Braydon participated in USAV All-Star Championship, leading his Great Lakes region to a 1st place finish and receiving an All-Tournament nod.
