Why Ball State:Â I chose Ball State University because of its great atmosphere. I pursued BSU to continue my passion of gymnastics in college. I have gotten to know both the gymnastics staff and team and have learned all about BSU's beautiful campus. I believe Ball State University is the perfect place for me to grow not only in gymnastics but also in my academics. I strive to be the best student-athlete I can, and I know I can achieve my goals at BSU.
Personal: Daughter of Christine and Mike Afalla ... has one brother, Zach ... born Dec. 24 ... majoring in pre-physical therapy.
