2020 - JUNIOR SEASON: Had three pinch hit at-bats in a shortened season.

2019 - SOPHOMORE SEASON: Played in 29 games and made 13 starts at designated hitter ... went 9-for-52 with 7 RBIs and 6 runs ... had clutch RBI double in the 9th inning of a 9-8 win over Kent State (March 29) ... went 2-for-4 with 3 RBIs and a towering home run vs. Eastern Michigan (April 13) ... singled and scored in win at Miami (April 21) ... scored pair of runs vs. Bowling Green (April 26).

2018 - FRESHMAN SEASON: Made an appearance in 29 games with 9 starts at DH … had multiple RBIs in 2 other contests … tallied a 2-run single and scored a run in the win over Western Carolina (March 9) ... his pinch hit, 2-run home run in the bottom of the eighth inning lifted Ball State to a 6-4 win over Western Michigan (May 19).

2017: Redshirted his true freshman season.

BEFORE BALL STATE: Earned three letters from coach Ryan Ward at Northwestern High … two-time second team all-conference honoree … finished his prep career with a .398 batting average, seven home runs, 37 RBIs, 44 runs scored, 15 doubles and four triples … named the team’s most improved player following his sophomore season … also played fullback and linebacker for the football team … scored seven touchdowns as a senior … named the 2016 National Burlsworth Character Award winner … a member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Son of Jeff and Diane Blankenberger… born April 7, 1998 … two brothers and one sister … his uncle, Mike Blankenberger, played collegiate baseball at Wichita State … full name is Timothy Cole Blankenberger.
