Started 52 games to earn his first letter at Ball State . . . started 48 games at first base and four as the team’s designated hitter . . . led the Ball State regulars with a .311 batting average, eight home runs and 39 RBI . . . also racked up a team-best 16 doubles . . . logged a team-best 17-game hitting streak (April 8-May 6), including an 11-game extra-base hitting streak (April 15-29) . . . belted two home runs at Western Michigan (April 29) . . . homered in back-to-back games versus Eastern Michigan (April 21 and 22) . . . tallied a season-best three hits on five occassions . . . recorded a season-high four RBI versus Bethune-Cookman (March 11) . . . finished first on the team with 12 multiple-RBI games and second with 15 multiple-hit games . . . also topped the Cardinals with a .518 slugging percentage and 100 total bases.
