2018 (R-Jr.): Made an appearance in 21 contests with eight starts on the mound … finished third on the team in appearances and fourth in strikeouts (60) … inserted into the weekend rotation at Toledo on May 13 and responded by equaling personal highs in strikeouts (9) and innings pitched (7.0) to earn MAC Pitcher of the Week honors … picked up the save in the season opener by striking out all four batters he faced against UMass Lowell … tallied his first win by holding Valparaiso scoreless and striking out nine batters in the opening five innings on March 26 … pitched in two of Ball State’s four shutouts in 2018 – versus Radford on March 3 and at Purdue on April 10 … selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the 20th round of the Major League Baseball Draft.

2017 (R-So.): Appeared in 17 games with eight starts on the mound … began the year in the starting rotation before moving to the bullpen in mid-April … led the team with 64 strikeouts … posted two quality starts … notched career highs in both innings pitched (7.0) and strikeouts (9) in the 7-0 win over George Mason on Feb. 25 … retired the first 12 GMU batters before allowing a single to start the fifth inning … tossed 2.2 innings of hitless relief in the win at Purdue on April 18 … earned the win at Central Michigan on May 18 thanks to pitching 3.2 innings of middle relief and holding CMU to one run.

2016 (R-Fr.): Made an appearance in eight games on the mound with one start … his collegiate debut came on Feb. 20 against Utah … went 2.2 innings in his start on March 9 against Savannah State … picked up the win on April 5 against Xavier … tossed a season-high 3.1 innings and struck out three batters in the 5-4 win over Xavier.

2015 (Fr.): Took a redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year letter winner at Midland Bullock Creek High for coach Jim Parker … played senior season at Midland Dow High for coach Kip Harris … tallied three wins with a 1.33 ERA as a senior … struck out 16 batters in 21 innings pitched … also hit two home runs with seven RBIs … managed a 3-1 pitching record with one save as a junior … tallied 31 strikeouts and allowed only 10 hits in 20 innings pitched as a junior … second team all-conference as a sophomore … helped the team earn conference championships as a sophomore and junior … helped the team capture a district championship as a sophomore … played summer baseball for Midland Berryhill/American Legion … won the state championship as a junior in summer baseball … also earned three letters in basketball … second team all-conference as a sophomore … all-state honorable mention as a junior.
