HIGH SCHOOL: Team captain for Oxbridge Academy of the Palm Beaches her junior year ... as a freshman, she was named a Max Preps Freshman Underclass All-American and Class 4A Offensive Player of the Year ... she also earned First Team All-State and First Team Sun Sentinel All-County as a fershman … earned First Team All-State and First Team Sun Sentinel All-County both her sophomore and junior seasons … as a junior, she had a 2.11 ERA with 14 starts, 57 strikeouts and nine wins on the season … her arm is not her only weapon as Estes currently holds Oxbridge Academy’s record for doubles (17) in a season … Estes helped lead her team to multiple district and regional championships, but more notably to State Final Four appearances her sophomore and junior seasons.

CLUB: Estes plays for the Panthers Fastpitch Stevens team and won the 2018 JO Cup.

WHY BALL STATE: I chose Ball State because the atmosphere gave me that “home” feeling as soon as I walked on campus. Also, Coach Bartlett is absolutely amazing and will always push me to be my very best as a person and an athlete.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Ruth and Merles Estes … one brother (Caleb) and one sister (Casey) … her sister played softball at the University of North Florida … Estes is studying pre-dentistry and hopes to create a career as an orthodontist.
