2016-17 (R-Jr.): Competed in eight events and 19 stroke-play rounds before being sidelined by injury … managed a stroke average of 74.58 … carded four rounds in the 60’s (the second-most on the team), with his season- and career-best of 67 occurring at the ODU/OBX Intercollegiate … had his season-best finish of tied for 22nd at that event with a 54-hole total of 216 (+3) … went 2-1-0 at the Earl Yestingsmeier Match Play … battled through injury to shoot a final-round 74 at the Pinehurst Intercollegiate to help Ball State to the team title.
2015-16 (R-So.): Missed all but one fall event because of injury but returned to play in all seven spring events … finished the season with a stroke average of 76.48 … recorded two top-20 finishes, highlighted by a tie for second place at Ball State’s Earl Yestingsmeier Memorial Invitational (April 15-16), where he held the 54-hole lead … recorded a career-best 68 in the second round of the event and finished with a career-best 54-hole total of 215 … tied for 14th at the Pinehurst Intercollegiate (March 11-13) … went 1-1-1 at the Earl Yestingsmeier Match Play (Feb. 8-9).
2014-15 (Redshirt): Sat out the season because of injury and was redshirted.
2013-14 (Fr.): A second-team All-MAC selection ... ranked second on the team with a 75.06 scoring average in 10 stroke-play events ... managed five top-25 finishes ... posted his best result with a tie for 13th place at the Talis Park Challenge (March 16-17) ... tied for 14th at the Pinetree Intercollegiate (Oct. 21-22) ... placed 17th at the Crooked Stick Intercollegiate (Oct. 14-15) and was named MAC Golfer of the Week for his performance ... tied for 21st at the Golfweek Conference Challenge (Sept. 15-17) with a season-best 54-hole total of 1-over par 217 … turned in his low round with a 70 on the final day of the Golfweek event ... tied for 25th at Ohio State's Robert Kepler Intercollegiate (April 12-13).
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Avon High School for coach Tom Maples ... an all-state selection as a senior in 2013 ... four-time all-county and four-time All-Hoosier Crossroads Conference selection ... champion of the Martinsville Sectional in 2010 and the Center Grove Regional in 2011 ... advanced to the state finals in each of his final three seasons ... tied for seventh at the 2013 state finals and 16th in 2011 ... three-time Avon team MVP... ranked among the top 100 in the class of 2013 by Golfweek.
SUMMER GOLF: Won the 2013 Indiana Boys State Junior Championship at Purdue's Kampen Golf Club ... placed 12th at the 2013 Junior North & South Championship at Pinehurst No. 1 ... qualified for the U.S. Junior Amateur and competed in the Junior PGA Championship in 2012.
