
Women’s Tennis Opens Fall Action at Memphis Invite

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Ball State women's tennis team will open the fall tournament slate this weekend at the Memphis Invite. The three-day event runs Friday through Sunday, featuring opponents Arkansas State, Memphis and Middle Tennessee State.
Day one is set to begin at 11:30 am ET for the Cardinals against Arkansas State with a round of doubles and then singles to follow. Ball State will then take on Memphis on Saturday in the same format and serve time.
On Sunday, the Cardinals will close out competition at 10 am ET versus Middle Tennessee State.
All matches will be played at the Leftwich Tennis Center, weather permitting.
After this weekend, Ball State continues its fall season at Xavier for a two-day event Sept. 20 and Sept. 21 before heading to the Milwaukee Classic (Sept. 25-28), the MAC Individual Championship at Western Michigan (Oct. 3-5) and then will close out the fall portion of competition at Cleveland State (Oct. 10-12).
